Two new shows make debuts!!!!
Magic kamison and mga kwento ni lola basyang....


Magic Kamison is a story of Chuchay (Gladys Guevarra), an absurd yet amusing and kind-hearted assistant sales lady in an ukay-ukay store who becomes a modern day fairy godmother after a mysterious old woman hands her a magical white chemise. Her new mission is to make the dreams of people with pure intentions come true.

Magic Kamison is bound to tickle the viewers with light and romantic moments highlighting a month-long story of dreams and wishes.

It features a star-studded cast led by today's most lovable comedienne, Gladys Guevarra, who plays Chuchay. Joining her are Nadine Samonte, Iwa Moto and Alfred Vargas.

Completing the cast are Carmi Martin, Joy Viado, Tia Pusit, Mike Gayoso and with the special participation of Ms. Pilita Corrales as the voice behind the Magic Kamison.

Like an innocent child, Chuchay accepts the task of shielding the magic kamison from those who would want to use it for selfish reasons. While the magical garment helps other people's wishes come true, Chuchay, on the hand, has no benefit for being its caretaker. She does however, find joy in the happiness of the pure-hearted people who are given their hearts' desires.

Join the journey as the quest of Chuchay and the magic kamison this Sunday, February 4 after SOP on GMA-7.

Also premiering its pilot episode is a new take on a classic icon. Mga Kuwento ni Lola Basyang breathes new life to the classic tales of Severino Reyes, the creator of the popular storyteller and writer of innumerable stories and zarzuela plays.


Lola Basyang is a timeless Pinoy icon whose name has become synonymous to storytelling time. Her is a delightful collection of folktales and other stories that have become inherent to Philippine culture.

Giving the traditional rocking chair storytelling genre a modern twist is a younger character who will continue the legacy of Lola Basyang.

Gervacia Zamora Reyes a.k.a. Herbie, Lola Basyang's granddaughter, has made it a personal goal to share her grandmother's unforgettable stories. Together with her eight-year-old son Efren and pet dog Pitik, she drives around in a "rolling library" van packed with Lola Basyang's books and goes to various places to spread Lola Basyang's classic tales and golden values.
